What? Capture an image to tell a story (with a twist ending)

Random ideas of using red herrings to mislead viewers. Other concepts I thought to further brainstorm on are:
- actor giving an abnormal reaction to a situation
- impression of being stalked (but stalker turn out to be animals, to return dropped items)
- doing something at a wrong place (e.g. washing clothes in swimming pool)
- back view differs from front
- accidental wrong gifts for the occasion
